Citi Bank - Graduate Programmes Overhaul and Game
Project
Citi group, the global banking group, wanted to redesign how their graduate programmes were presented as they could have over 200 programmes globally available at any one time and the previous way for users to search for them was long winded and confusing. They also had a game to understand the different areas of the bank which they had found to be ineffective and wanted a better solution.
What I did
Working closely with the designer, so only scamps were required and consultation through the design phase, I reversed the search parameters to focus on the user requirements, rather than what the company provided. I then created a faceted filter search, using fun and interactive elements, to allow the user to choose their location(s), level of study and desired business areas that they would be interested in, resulting in winnowing the results to the user criteria.
Again working closely with the designer and the copy writer, for the game I created a story based match game which would allow the user to understand the different areas of the bank in the context of a scenario, I created user flows in order to clarify the mechanics of the game and scamps for the screens, consulting throughout the design phase as the design developed.
